01 · Who We Are

This website and scouting portal is owned and operated by Lax-Punya LLP (trading as “THE SCOUTS MA”), headquartered at New Delhi, India 110011. We are an exclusive mother agency discovering and placing international fashion models.

02 · What We Collect

When applying via our scouting form, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, contact details (email and WhatsApp), city and country of residence, physical measurements (height, bust/chest, waist, hips, shoe size), and four unedited digital photographs (headshot, profile, three-quarter, and full-length).

03 · Why We Use It

We collect this information solely to evaluate potential suitability for international modeling placement, runway boards, and high-fashion client bookings. We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your personal information to third-party marketing brokers.

04 · Who We Share It With

Your data is accessed strictly by our internal scouting and management committee. Only after we have formally contacted you and obtained your explicit agreement do we introduce your portfolio to our vetted partner placement agencies in Paris, Milan, London, Stockholm, and New York.

05 · Applicants Under 18

We welcome applications from talent aged 16 to 17. In all such cases, parent or legal guardian consent is strictly mandatory before any callbacks, developmental sessions, or agency agreements are initiated.

06 · How Long We Keep It

“If we do not take your application forward, your details and photos are automatically deleted within 30 days. If we sign you, your application data is deleted once the contract is signed, and a fresh record is created for use by the agency under the terms of that contract.”

07 · Your Rights

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or immediate deletion of your submitted personal records. All statutory requests sent to Legal@thescouts.in are resolved within 30 days.

08 · Changes to This Policy

Any material modifications to our data handling practices will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
